Standard Shipping

For orders under £59, the delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

You can use this number to track your delivery at any time on the Royal Mail website.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail may:

  • Leave your parcel in a safe place

  • Leave it with a neighbour

  • Take it to your local Royal Mail delivery office for collection

You will receive a delivery attempt card or tracking update with instructions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
